Call us on 015396 23246; our office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and, outside these hours, our voicemail system will guide you to a message box where you can leave your order. Have ready a list of the items that you would like, along with the preferred sizes. It is helpful to know if you have any preference for larger or smaller plants in the event of a chosen size not being available. If choosing to pay by credit/debit card, we will contact you regarding payment. If paying by cheque or postal orders, please await the arrival by post or email of our order acknowledgement, which will show exactly how much is owed. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please use our bank account details as shown on your order acknowledgement, giving your order number as the reference. May we point out that, for security reasons, cheques are banked upon receipt against an order, but we do not take payment from a credit or debit card until we are about to despatch the consignment concerned.
Fax your completed order form to us on 015396 23277 and otherwise follow the advice given above.
Send us your requirements by email to email@example.com remembering to give us your billing address and, if different, the delivery address plus contact details. We strongly advise you not to send payment card details by email as these are not encrypted and so not secure. It’s much better to telephone these details to us directly, once an order has been confirmed. Alternatively, use our secure webshop facility at www.weasdale.com
Any orders placed via our webshop are acknowledged automatically by the software then, once received in our office, will be checked and confirmed by human hand.
Just post your completed order form to us at the address on the order form and leave the rest to us. You need not send payment at this stage; see the notes above relating to payment methods.
If you would like to make an enquiry about an order, it is helpful to us if you can quote us your “Customer A/C” code and the “Your order no.” number which appear in the first two lines of text below the customer and delivery addresses on your order acknowledgement.
We are frequently asked to send plants for house-warming/birthday/anniversary/christening presents and are happy to co-ordinate deliveries to suit a given diary date. Please bear in mind that we cannot send trees “out of season” and so, for the summer months, one of our gift vouchers can act as a promissory note until we are able to despatch at the proper time. If you wish to include a card with the tree, either forward it to us for inclusion at the time, or instruct us to select one and put in a message of your choice. A number of about-to-be-weds have left with us a list of trees or shrubs that they would like for their new gardens and family and friends have then chosen what they would like to give from that list, the whole lot being delivered in one exciting bundle, (with the attendant savings in P&C charges) all individually labelled for easy identification. We acknowledge ALL orders and any subsequent revisions. Please make sure that we have the correct postal address of the addressee including the post town and post code If your house is hard to find, do give brief directions and, in any case, please nominate a safe place for your order to be left (at your risk) if you are absent at the time of delivery.
